Garmin Repair Service Contact

Does anyone have a reliable phone number or email contact for reaching Garmin's repair service for experimental customers? I have spent a lot of time hanging on the phone trying to get thru only to be repeatedly transfered or dumped after waiting in the que for a long time. I am trying to get my SL40 repaired and found out that they no longer repair them in Salem, OR. where they were made. The one live person I was able to talk to told me it had to be sent in thru a dealer but after I told him it was experimental he transfered me to lala land.

You can email G3Xpert <[email protected]> for information, as well as Stein. I sent in my 430W directly, but it had to be returned to a dealer. My dealer got me the required RMA.
