Isn't this just a 3-pin micro-molex connector? The molex website is down for maintenance so not sure what it's officially called, need to order some.

Hard to tell from the photograph, but I suspect you are right and it is a Micro Fit 3.0 connector. The way to check is to measure the pin to pin distance. If it is 3.0mm it is the Micro Fit, if it is 4.2mm it is the Mini-Fit Jr.

I tend to agree. You can measure the pitch of the contacts. 3.0 mm is likely the molex micro variant.
