Default BC410-H with IO-320-D1A

Has anyone shoehorned in a BC410-H on an IO-320-D1A
without the need for the 45 degree adapter (in other-words using the stock oil filter position). It's very tight but it looks like it might just fit with the alt oriented correctly. I know it will work with the adapter.

Thanks for any feedback and /or images.

Default BC 410H

I installed one on my 0-320-D3G with stock oil filter adapter and with proper clocking it fit no problem. Does not interfere with oil filter changes.
I did need to move my firewall mounted oil cooler lower to clear the oil cooler air plenum Scat.

Default thanks

Thanks. I'll order the alt without the adapter and test the fit.

Cheers.
