Is This Normal?

Just received my empennage kit this week. While inventorying the contents, I notice that the VS-808PP spar doubler has a curve to it. No mention of a curve in the directions. For perspective, when I clamp one end of the doubler to the bench, the other end is raised 3.7 inches. Is this normal? If not, should I try to straighten the piece, or contact Van's for a replacement? Thoughts?

Straighten it.

Just the result of the holes being punched out.
Straighten it (careful not to put a kink in it), and carry on.
