Builder Name on Data plate, CofR and CofA

could some one confirm that in FAA CofR and CofA builder name is written

as Last name First Name

and on Aircraft Data plate
First name Last name

is this difference asseptible by MDRA in Canada

The individual configuration is not important. What IS important is that everything matches the registration exactly.
The registration is the controlling document because it is done first. After that the airworthiness certificate application and the data plate must match the registration.

Transport Canada does not except FAA plaques.

The data plate remains on the aircraft and I believe it is against the regulations to remove it without permission. As mentioned earlier, it is important to have the information identical to the data plate.
