Default WTB: Fuel Servo and Injectors (AFP or Bendix)

I keep going back and forth on converting my FADEC back to fuel injection.

I have all the parts to convert back with the exception of a overhauled fuel servo and injectors for a O-360-A3A.

I have a bendix servo but it needs to be overhauled. Can I overhaul myself? If so, know where I can get an overhaul kit?

Does anyone have injectors and an overhauled servo? I would prefer Airflow Performance FM-150.

I am also thinking about doing a top overhaul while I do the conversion so if anyone has cylinders for the above engine, please let me know.

Thanks,
D

There is a bendix servo and distribution block further down in classified if interested. Sorry not sure how to link it.

I think I saw that ad already. It was for the bendix which needed an overhaul. and the avstar looks good but after speaking with avstar, that specific servo doesn't fit a 180hp O-360. It's meant for a 200+HP.

I would prefer one that doesn't need overhaul.

Call Don at AFP. He can overhaul your Bendix servo along with doing the flow test, which you can't do, and provide all the parts required to get you going.

Don George, in Orlando FL can OH your cylinders.

Default +1 for Air Flow Performance

Just got my RA5 back from Don [now an EX-5]. They won't up-sell you, they do this stuff all day every day, and the cost was actually lower than predicted.

I have an FM-100 entire kit available -- servo, spider, purge valve, lines, clamps, injectors.

Yeah, I have been talking with Don and he is a great guy. Planning on heading down to SC to do the swap early next year.

Don will be checking my Servo and if not usable, it will be converted to an ex5. No need for the servo but if anyone has:
- nozzles/ injectors for an O360
- divider mounting bracket
- etc
- spark plugs

I have the following for the conversion already:
- servo
- mixture cable
- bendix mags
- divider
- fuel lines (currently on fadec which I believe are usable)

Thanks,
D
