Two thoughts on heated seats: I installed heated seats in my Honda SUV a few years ago and it was quite easy to do and much less expensive than factory installed ones. It would be much easier on an RV because of ease of seat removal and the fact that most of our seats have removable upholstery via zippers or Velcro. The heat elements are made of a carbon cloth material of some kind and can be cut to size with a pair of scissors - no copper wires. The other seat heat alternative is a heated seat cushion/cover you can get at auto-zone, o'reilly's, etc. Held in place with eleastic straps and powered through a cigarette lighter plug. I have one of those and it works great too.
