Allan did not say where my front plate was cracked, but it took a couple of weeks to get another. I measured the holes in mine and they appear accurate. I have only had my spinner for a few weeks. I don't know how old your spinner is, but it sounds like Allan may have had a bad batch of plates from his supplier. Quality control with outsourcing can be a problem. II'm sure Allan will make it good once you get in contact with him. Sometimes it takes a bit patients when working with small companies half way around the world.

This is good news. So do I get this right, the lack of timely response was not intentional or due to lack of attention, correct?
And you are responsible only for the shipping charges of an inferior part?

Default correction

Earlier I posted that my spinner shipment was delayed do to a cracked front plate. This is incorrect! After review of my email from Allan he simply stated that it was damaged.Sorry for the confusion. Allan has a great product and great service.
