Default Rev-10 Steps.

Looking ahead I was wondering about how the side skins lay against the 16 rivets that hold the step mounting brackets on. Doesn’t seem like it would lay to well around the step mounting bracket?

Thanks

The -10 doesn’t have rivets that hold it in. It has blocks that mount to the ribs of the baggage floor.

I was speaking of the step mounting bracket ( WD-1008-L). It riveted on with 4-4 rivets.

The rib that has the mounting bracket on is behind the skin. In the infamous chapter 29 you will bend the skins and they will not be in contact with the mounting bracket that is attached to the rib. I had the same concern, and that was alleviated after attaching the skins and seeing there is a space between them. Where in Houston are you? I am in the Woodlands, stop by and check the fuse out. I am getting ready to put the baggage floor panels in, so the area you are referring to will soon be closed up
