Is this AOA version? Heated or unheated?

Yes, this is a AOA pitot it is not heated.

Well now it's a fine kettle of fish, so Joey who is form down under says I will take it but there was a first responder from CA who says he was contacted by someone else. So where does that leave me? Amazing

Please, everyone, use proper English!
IMHO "I'm interested" is not the same as "I will take it if it's the unheated version...".
And, quite honestly, to complain that you were first, but then back out of the deal, is not right.
