Default Sikaflex 221i

Hi Folks!

Sikaflex question.....once more!

I used 295UV for my canopy, worked fine.
I ordered 295UV for the windshield and got 221i.
According to the factsheet 221i is as good as 295UV, in some specific numbers even better. And it is as well resistant to UV rays/light.

Only difference i can see: 295UV was designed to be used on transparent surfaces, it is especially mentioned in the factsheet. 221i doesn't have a comment about it, neither warns you about usage on transparent things (221 factsheet contains this warning).

Question 1: has anyone worked with 221i on canopies?
Question 2: have you encountered any problems (did the canopy dull/become blind, etcc...)?

If i don't have to send it back to the shipper and if i don't have to call him names.........i won't!

Cheers an nice weekend!

Default Looks good

As Mike said, looks good. In fact, in many areas seems slightly better. I just finished my windscreen with 295UV. Really happy with how it turned out. Now just need to do the fiberglass bits.
