Default Rear pax fresh air - RV8

I never liked the fresh air vent next to copilot control stick in RV8. I'm planning on putting another NACA vent on side of fuse for passenger that will go to mini instrument panel with Garmin G5 for rear seat.

Have fastback conversion but see no issues.

Any one else do this?
