Default MATCO brake master cylinder model number?

Does anyone know the MATCO brake master cylinder model number that was shipped with kits in the early 2000's (probably still being shipped). These are gold colored. Mine do not have any model number information on them. Nor is the number in the plans or instructions. Vans could not tell me. Vans checked their stock and they could not find the number on them either. When I check the MATCO site there are a bunch of similar appearing gold master cylinder models. I can't tell which ones exactly we have. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Bingo. Per MATCO Vans is supplied the following:

MCMC-4F (L) (lug on left)
MCMC-4F (R) (lug on right)
MCMC-4F (S) (slotted--i.e both lugs present)

The rebuild kit is MCRBD4 for all.
