Thumbs up Andair

I have an Andair auxiliary pump installed in my plane. It has been there for roughly 4 years and not being used. Made some strange noises and was not pumping fuel when switched on for the fuel flow tests.
(There also was another thread with the same topic)
I called Andair up to ask how long the pump can run dry and other things. I explained the situation i was in.

I got prompt answers, good advice (flood the pump manually and let sit for a couple of hours) and the offer to send the pump in and have it overhauled at no cost (as the pump never ran before).

I did as adviced, following test was flawless.
Pump running smooth and quiet ever since.

I consider this as superb customer service!!
