Default Quick build fuel access plate installed rotated 180

I have been plodding along on an RV9A quick build. Was doing the wing fitting and noted that the fuel tank cover plates had been installed rotated 180. This puts tank fittings shifted back from where the fuel line is in the fuselage. Little worried about what they did with the fuel line pickup internally. This was done on both wings.

I am the 3rd builder of the kit, The fuel tank cover install was part of the factory quick build? or former builder install this? No signs of rework on the fuel tank covers.

At least I only have the wings on temporary. 1 step forward 2 steps back.

Well I was wrong it is not rotated 180, they put the right and left covers on the wrong tanks. Even has the cover even has the marks "RT" on the left side.
