Last week a Canadian RVator and I had a little business in FL. 
By the end of a very long day we were tired and overheated. A short notice goes to Jesse Saint - are you active as advertised? Sure he said come. I am very busy right now but by the end of the day I would meet you.
We landed and parked by his hangar.
We got a very nice guided tour of "RV10 Factory" and " Maverick" flying car assembly line. Then we drove to the Hotel.

Another room another crash pad.
Comfy and cool. I won't tell you about ice cream but I would tell you about the piano concert. I always dreamed to fly to a concert and here it was - a grand piano in the living room. Several of Jesse's kids played. Sweet. If you have your aircraft paint scheme digitized and handy, Jesse's oldest daughter could run an embroidery on the spot...
