Bose A20 Auto Shut-Off

I have an issue with my Bose headset - the auto shut-off doesn't work despite having the switch in the correct place in the controller. It was working - now it's not.

Any clues.......?

Mine is doing the same thing. So I unplugged it completely and it works just fine. Tried my other Bose and it reacts the same. Works fine in the passenger outlet but neither work in the pilots outlets. Must be in the way it is wired?????

Hmmm........

Just to be clear, I operate on batteries. And it happens plugged in or not.
