RV-8 Tailstrobe wiring

Hi Folks,

I am wondering if folks can share where did they drill a hole in the tail (near the tailwheel weldment and hinge brackets) to route the rudder strobe and nav light wires.

I could see it explicity mentioned for 8A but couldnt find it in plans for 8. (or please send me a pointer to the dwg where I can find it).

Here's where I drilled the hole. It's just off center. I put in a snap bushing and then ran the wire harness up over the lower rudder pivot then down into the bottom rudder faring. The harness is secured with an Adel clamp.

What is the Adel Clamp fastened to?

Did you also drill a hole in the same place on the wall just aft of this external bulkhead?
