Default WTB Andair Duplex fuel valve

I don't, but suggest that you check the price directly from Andair before you pay somebody like Spruce. Big changes in the exchange rate.

...but be prepared to wait a while if you do go direct.

Default Extension tube and joint

I don't have one either but I do have about 4 inches of extension tube for it if you need it for your setup. I also have one of their UJA-2 universal joints that can pivot about 90 degrees. Let me know if you're interested and I can send pictures.

I have an Andair fuel selector. It came out of my Lightning. I will try to attach a picture or I can e-mail you one.
