Garmin Lowers Prices on Aera Units

Garmin has lowered the prices on their Aera units...These are the prices listed at various retailers....

I wonder what new products are on the horizon at Sun-n-Fun....

Garmin's new prices

I didn't have the cash available for my panel upgrade when Garmin had their rebate offer last year on the G3X system. I bought my 696 when they had their rebate offer the year before. Shortly thereafter they brought the 696 price down to rebate price. It appears that when a new product is being rolled out, they offer a rebate to bring in some cash for the new product. Now it appears that with the new product rollout, the G3X price may come down to the rebate price. Good news for me. I think I've worn down my wife sufficiently to start the upgrade.
