Working on Woodward GOV ON RV7

I have installed the VA-153 Gov cable bracket and the clocking on the Gov will not line up with my cable. Not sure how to change the position of the lever on the Gov. I have the instructions from Van's but still not sure. Will some one help me.

Does your governor have 6 screws holding the top cap on?

22-years ago, I fixed the clocking of the Woodward Governor on my RV-6 by cutting the safety wire, loosening the 6-screws, rotating, tightening the 6-screws, and then adding new safety wire.
