RV-4 and the Day the Clouds Stood Still

Great video...watched them all, but never got a look at your RV-4. Your avatar looks familiar, however. Is it a formerly South Carolina aircraft I might be familiar with?

No, it is a Northwest airplane born and bred. It was finished by Charlie Wilson and has spent its whole life in Washington state.
 
Ah! Too bad. We had a similar looking (and great flying) RV-4 here at Ridgeland for a long time. All three of us that owned it at one time or another loved it. We all wish it were still in the area!

Looks like one of those very surreal flights when it all seams a bit too magical.
I like the subtitles. Kind of how I fly especially on those smooth days with multiple cloud decks and river fog. "Maybe I'll check out . . . ", "nope, let's see what it is like over there. . . ".
