Cyl. #2 CHT temp. Low

I just started flying my 9A, I have 5 hrs on the 150 hp O-320 with new ECI cylinders. #2 CHT consistently runs 40 to 50 degrees cooler than the other 3 cylinders. In level cruise 1, 3 and 4 will be right at 400 degrees while # 2 always lags behind at 350-360. Everything is standard Vans on the cowl and baffles. I have a firewall mounted oil cooler fed by a 3" scat off the left rear baffle, oil temps are great at 180-190. Anyone else experienced this, found a solution?

fuel injected or carb?

I'm just over 10 hours in my Phase 1, and CHT #2 is always my hottest cylinder. Just a data point.

Do you have the air dams installed in front of the forward cylinders?

Are you using bayonet probes for your CHT readings? Try switching the # 2 and # 4 cylinder probes and see what your readings are. My readings on #3 were way low and when I went to switch the probes the #3 probe wire came off the probe. Problem solved!
