Edge Roll after dimpling?

OK...

So I got over enthusiastic and dimpled some of my wing skins before I used my Cleveland edge forming tool to break the edges that overlap.

Am I out of luck, or is there a way to break the edge after dimpling?

(I searched but didn't find an answer)

I hate it when that happens. Use a hardwood block with a shallow slit to carefully roll the edge. Compare your work to a properly rolled edge as you go.

Use your Cleaveland tool between the rivets and then match the edge break with an Avery tool or hand seamers at the rivets

Happened on one of my skins too! I used the Cleaveland tool. Start with it loose and tighten it down over several passes. Redimple the holes when you are finished. Came out just fine (to my surprise!).

VAF is a great site!

Thanks for all the tips. I ordered the Avery edge roller from Cleaveland Tools yesterday.

I have plenty of edges to break so I'll probably use several of the suggestions.
