Wing spar outboard nutplates

I am trying to understand the purpose of the four nutplates installed in the web of the wing spar, near the outboard end. They are K1000-03 and are shown on page 13-03 figure 2, in the outboard portion of that figure.

I've looked through all the plans and I don't see anything that gets screwed into these nutplates. I thought that they may be for the landing lights but they are too far back from the leading edge to be involved in that.

Does anyone know the actual use for those nutplates?

If my understanding of the nutplates that you are referring to is correct, thoes are for possible use for any lights ballast. Though most people are using LED type LL which does not have/require a ballast.

That makes perfect sense. Thanks!
