Hi all .... I have my brand new RV8 QB ( assembled) Ailerons to swap out for the ailerons on my existing RV4 . Looking for suggestions as to best way to proceed to hang the new ones ( YES they are supposed to fit and on initial glance look perfect fit ) .... was going to line up the trailing edges of wingtip and flap and go from there .... that is the way things line up now seems ok . Leading edge is the variable right now . Not easy to remove wingtip ( riveted on ) . Thinking I will just try and match the existing ( obviously) but looking for suggestions on how to hold in place for the fitting. Many thanks. Stew

You might want to check around for a airfoil profile jig for an RV4 or 6 and the instructions from the build manual.
