slider screw marking on F882pp

We have riveted slider and cap together. We can not figure out how to drill the slider cap and rail to the fuseladge from the inside of the fuseladge and match hole on the railcap and rail.

I may be misunderstanding your question but my first instinct answer is use the rail as a guide and drill the skin. Pull a stringline from center of seat bulkhead to tailcone.

I think Blain is correct. As best I can recall you rivet the two parts together, drill and countersink the fastener holes, then use those faster holes as drill guides for the top skin.
