Baffle Seal Bulges

I am 25 hours into Phase I. I have a couple of areas on the Aft seal, where the baffle seal seems to have a slight bulge. It creates a half moon shape where it is not making full contact with the cowl. Should I wait for heat to force it to conform or should I make a slit to help it conform better? I have been afraid to make slits up to this point.

Don't make any slits, just unrivet the baffle fabric on one side of the bulge, then stretch that side down a bit more and re-rivet. That should smooth out the bulge. Hope this helps.
