My unit is hosting a Fly-In Fundraiser on September 22nd at the Portales Airport (KPRZ) in New Mexico. The fundraising part involves washing aircraft. In addition to the fundraiser, we will have a free live band (Blackwater Band) from 1100-1400 in addition to a Lumpia Food Truck also from 1100-1400.
I've got around 75 young adults in my unit and I'd love to expose them to what the general aviation community has to offer.
***No requirement to participate in the fund raiser to enjoy the food, music, and community.
