Wiring Harness Turorial

Hello VAF! I'm in the process of upgrading my RV-8A panel and looking for recommendations for books, articles, or videos to educate myself on building the wiring harness and other electrical components. I have an electrical engineering degree from 20 years ago, so the topic isn't completely foreign but I could use a refresher.
