Elevator trim tab warp

The trim tab inboard trailing edge is 2 to 3 degrees lower than the outboard edge. It looks like the trim tab has twisted. Is there a solution or doesn't it matter?

I'm curious why you thought to check for that. Is it a visible variation? Did flight characteristics lead you to suspect and discover this?

After attaching the elevators to the HS, I noticed the inboard edge of the TT did not line up with the right elevator. My IA friend spotted it right away. He said it would not affect the flight characteristics. It was more a cosmetic issue.
