Default Equipment for polishing hard-to-get-to places

Anybody got a recommendation for a small rotary polisher for getting into small places? In my case it's the side of the fuselage over the the wings.

Also the right-angle polisher Nuvite sells is dying on me after relatively few hours of use. Who's got a good alternative they like?
