Aft stabilator skin

Just curious if anyone formed the leading edge of their aft stabilator skins where they lay on top of the main skins? Isn't called for in the directions, but seems like the ideal place to do such a thing. Doesn't look necessary when clecoed in place, but wondering if the riveting could pop that leading edge up ever so slightly?
