Does there exist for a low-pressure (gravity) fuel line system a device that in water pipe terms I'd call a union? Not what Aircraft Spruce calls a union, which I'd call a connector; it's too long and I don't have the flexibility in the lines to insert and then draw tight such a "union".

Jim---depending on the configuration of the other side of where you want the "union" like NPT or O'Ring boss, you could use what we call Flareless. swagelok has them too in both stainless and aluminum, for what ever you are doing.
