I'll second that, although I had him stumped the other day with a carb heat duct question. Ultimately, he offered an alternate solution that I was able to apply.

Absolutely agree...I tracked him down at Oshkosh to tell him what a great job he's doing.

I only hope he doesn't get worn down by us builders asking the same questions over and over!

Couldn't agree more. Eric is a very knowledgeable source and has a great demeanor and friendly attitude with builders. He is definitely an incredible asset for Van's.

I have to agree with the above posts. All of the Van's people are good, but Eric went over and above to help me with my upgrades in my RV-12. He is a gem.
