Transition Training near Chattanooga

1) Does anyone know of someone who can give RV12 transition training near Chattanooga?...Calhoun....Huntsville....etc.
2) Is it possible for the "test pilot" ...the guy who flies my RV12 for the first time to give me transition training in my own plane?
3) I am not a pilot YET...will my CFI need (X) number of hours of training in order to continue giving me lessons in the 12?
4) Under normal circumstances, how long will it take to schedule the air worthiness inspection once application is made?
Any gotcha's to be concerned about in making that application?

Not in Huntsville, AFAIK

As Far As I Know (AFAIK), we don't have anyone in the Huntsville area offering transition training in any RV's, much less the RV-12. We don't have any RV -12s flying yet, although we do have a few under construction.
