30 hour free trial maps

What happens after the 30 hour free map trial ends? What do I loose upon expiration? Am I required to buy the $500 Maps Navigation package from Dynon to keep the map/VFR navigation features that I am using now? I have Skyview with single screen...use Ipad with ForeFlight as back-up.

All you will see on the map after the 30 hour trial expires is the terrain coloring. No airspaces, airports, flight planning, airport data, etc.

Where did you buy your SkyView from? The avionics kit from Vans comes with the map certificate in the price as far as I remember.

I bought the RV 12 Kit from Vans with the touch screen SkyView.

There should be a certificate in your paperwork for the map subscription. As I recall, it is in a white envelope all by itself, but I may not be remembering that accurately. Follow the instructions on the sheet and you are good to go.
