RV-10 TUNNEL HEAT

HELLO ALL RV-10 OWNERS AND POTENTIAL OWNERS:
I HAVE BEEN PLAGUED WITH HIGH HEAT IN THE TUNNEL WHICH IS LOCATED IN BETWEEN THE PILOT AND THE CO-PILOT SINCE IT'S MADIN FLIGHT SINCE JULY 4 2006. I HAVE MADE MANY ATTEMPTS TO REMEDY THE SITUATION TO NO AVAIL. ALL OF THE OBVIOUS POSSIBLE CAUSES WERE INVESTIGATED.HAS ANYONE HAD ANY SIMILAR EXPERIENCES?

have you done all the suggestions on Tim Olsons website? insulate the tunnel itself?

get yourself an insulation kit like i did. i read a post about this during my build. i insulated the bottom of my tunnel and the inside of my firewall at that time and i've never had a problem with heat. good luck, jeff
