I find that great customer support seems to be the norm for most of the suppliers I use for home building. I just purchased set of strobes from a distributor of Kuntzleman lights and found the package was missing some minor screws\connectors. (I think this is a kit the distributor issue of not adding the parts during shipment)
One email to Kuntzleman website and I had a response from Dick Kuntzleman within a few hours and just got a shipment notice for the missing parts. So from the time I place an email about a small issue to parts being shipped is about 12 hours!!!
I really like dealing with our homebuilding supplier base, wish all companies were as responsive.
