prop position

I am at the final stages of final assembly on my RV6 and putting the prop on.
I know that I have read in "20 Years of the RVator" that there is a "best" position for the prop in relation to the crank. Can't find the book anywhere and hope you can help. Seems like there is a good place for it in relation to #1 cylinder as far as vibration....or is it just so that it is handy for hand propping if you needed to?

Actually, on most two bladed props you want the blades to be at 7:00
and 1:00 o'clock with number one at TDC to facilitate hand propping.
On a four-cylinder motor this will always land the prop in the same
position regardless of which cylinder is at TDC. Almost all props are
to be mounted this way. However there are exceptions to every rule
and I have seen a couple of certified instances that mount the prop
horizontal at TDC. In those cases it was done for vibration purposes.
On a six cylinder engine, with a two bladed prop, the relationship of
the prop to TDC will change three times as you pull it through six
compression strokes. Two pull throughs will land the prop at the 1
and 7 o'clock position and then two straight up and down and two at
11 and 5 o'clock.
It normally doesn't matter which blade is the lead blade and which is
the trailing blade, unless you have an accumulation of imbalance that
would make the engine and prop smoother with one specific blade being
the lead or trailing blade. That is why some will say they got a
shake after doing prop removal for some reason and fix it by taking
it off rotating it 180 degrees and reinstalling it.
