HELP! Evan's Aviation RV fuel tanks

I sent fuel tank parts to Evan's Aviation in January for an RV-4 fuel tank. I talk to Evan on the phone and he was very helpful! We agreed that the tank would be done by the end of February. After leaving several voice messages and several text messages with not one response this week, I am asking for your help. Does any one know Evan or how to get a hold of him. I tried to get on the website today and it was down! Any help or information that you provide would be great. Thank you!
