Fuel tank attach brackets - flush with fuse!?!

Anyone have tips on how to get the fuel tank attach brackets flush to the fuse?

My contour gauge is not much help in trying to transfer the concave nature of the fuse to the bracket at this location. I imagine the bracket needs to be flush as possible to match drill the #12 holes with the fuse, so the when the wing is removed, it does not move.

I put some packing tape on the fuselage then mixed some epoxy with cabisil and glued the brackets to the fuselage . After the wings were removed I was able to drill them . The epoxy " gasket " was cleaned up and it used it in the final assembly.
