Van's Aircraft Operational Update - March 23, 2020

Hi everyone, here's a quick operational update from all of us at the Van's factory in Oregon.

We made some additional operational changes this morning. We've been planning some significant changes in advance and started executing on that plan when work started today, to include moving a large portion of our staff to a work-from-home status. That's not exactly something we're used to here, but we're making that transition now. Our factory and warehouse continue to operate, as do the teams that get all our stuff ordered, received, built, crated and out the door. There will be some disruption in our ability to answer phones and emails this week, but rest assured in a few days we should be back to "normal" (whatever that is now).

All of our decisions are made with the interest of 1) keeping our staff and customers safe, then 2) ensuring we can run the business. The governor of Oregon made an announcement mid-day today that mandates restrictions on businesses and directs them to take certain steps. The actions we had already started taking are compatible with the government's mandates. We're grateful to be able to keep operating with only the required staff on-site, in a safe and careful manner.

Everyone stay safe and healthy - We care about you!

Thx
