Wing jig alignment

The wing jig is done and the spar installed. I have adjusted for no twist. My jig has one side an inch higher than the other. Do I need to adjust the clamp point down so it is entirely level or does that not matter.

I think it shouldn?t matter but wanted to ask the brain trust.

Worth levelling

I would level it, it should be only a small amount of time/effort to get it right, in the grand scheme of things. Also helps to develop ones mindset.

I too would level it but agree that it probably shouldn't affect straightness if you didn't. I'd find it a little weird to work on a spar that wasn't parallel to the floor. Just seems like it would mess with my sense orthogonality in the world. Then if you want to talk real precision, if the spar is slightly sloped across the supports, then it wouldn't sit exactly flat on the supports at either end.
