firewall to F404 spar bulkhead

is the stock van's F413 adequate to establish the relationship between the firewall and 'main'/spar F404 bulkhead? i.e. distance and angle of the 404 with respect to firewall.
 
No - The callout for positioning the F404 is on Drwg. 26. 28 5/16" from aft face of firewall to aft face of F-404.
