Teflon Plates Empennage

Might be a stupid question, did any one came a cross of these teflon/plastic plates in the empennage kit?

Yes, I have some in my parts bin

I have just completed final drilling the tailcone and am ready to start taking it apart, deburring some 4,000 holes and priming and riveting. I read ahead and I do not see where those teflon parts get used.

let me know if you figure it out.

Those go on the rear baggage bulkhead as fairleads for the rear seatbelt cables.
