Shout Out to Dynon
Just a quick note of appreciation for Dynon. I installed my SV-1000T about 3 years ago. I took flight a year later, and spent many months learning all of the features in the avionics. Last summer, I finally realized that the Left knob wasn't working and could not select anything with rotation. On careful inspection, it was evident that the knob was bent. I personally think I bent it when I was doing something under the panel 3 years ago.
I sent the unit in this month during my condition inspection and told Dynon that I had damaged the unit. "Not so!", they replied. They covered it as Warranty Repair!
Again, just wanted to let folks know of the great customer service from Dynon.
