Counter weights

Hello everyone, This may be an easy question. How did you get the holes to align in the elevator counter balance weights? I can get the screws through one weight and the counter balance ribs, but can't seem to get the other weight to align with the screws. I tried swapping weights out too. Did you just drill slightly larger on one weight?

Match Drill

First ensure they are oriented correctly. I then inserted one of the bolts before clamping and match drilling the 2nd hole. As long as the lead is secure and mostly present it accomplishes the purpose of the counterweight. Good luck
