Switch Box how to

I have been having some connection issues with my Switch Box this past year. Occasionally it will not complete contact after I send a text to turn on. The text is sent but never confirms with second text that the box has switched on, which in fact it does not turn on. I had tried several fixes to function properly, unplugging, removing and reseating the sim card, so forth and so on. I eventually stumbled on to the problem, iPhone updates. On the last update, sure enough, same old problem, no worky. I remember the last time I call support, very good by the way, suggested I delete the app and reload. I don't exactly understand all he various permutations involved but it seems to work. If and a big if, you don't use/type the wrong phone number when reinstalling the app for the Switch Box sim card. I can't imagine who could possibly be that inattentive to detail and still be able to fly airplanes. Dan
