Put an extra long bolt in the tailwheel, have someone turn you some brass bushings, like this.
Then buy a Cessna "Deluxe" tow bar, like this. I turned the handle vertically and drilled another pin hole in mine.
This allows me to pull the plane around with my lawn tractor.
